Queer Wellness Network, or QWN, is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving access to mental and sexual health services for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people!
We’re here to connect you with some incredible organizations doing important work in the fields of mental health, sexual health, community, advocacy, abolition, and legislation. Whether you’re part of one of the communities we serve or an ally, you’ll find ways to get help or get involved!
WHAT WE DO
In this section, you'll find our available offerings, such as getting connected with a therapist you can feel good about, sex education by and for members of our communities, and other resources for mental and sexual health.
We're focused on building a stronger sense of community for all those under the 2SLGBTQIA umbrella. Unfortunately, social ailments like racism, misogyny, ableism, and transphobia are just as prevalent in our community as the general population. We want to offer education for our communities and to allies as well as offer means of helping those with less access get the help they need, too. To help with this, we use a pay-it-forward model to support more economically disadvantaged members of our community.
Donations will be split between business expenses and our Mental Health Fund (MHF) for the most marginalized members of our community. Products and services on our site will be offered at a 15% markup so the creator/provider can get their rate and the difference will go to the MHF. This difference will not only help our community, it also counts as a donation - we'll send out itemized receipts for your taxes annually to make supporting our community as easy as possible!
